I'm a music teacher and sing this with my first grade students. They love this tune. It offers a great way to sing and discuss the food chain. The audio is performed very well and the enhanced CD is also available as a video on YouTube through Barefoot publications YouTube channel. I highly recommend this book, among others.*edit: after reading other reviews, I recommend that the kids sit along to the chorus. I sing the book to the kids without the audio and teach them a little about song form. Each verse gets longer and longer, and as a result it's a bit of a tongue twister. Having them sing just the chorus line keeps them listening and engaged.

This is a great song/book for the elementary music classroom! The book is great and there's a Youtube video of the song with animation that's really great. The kids love it and I love it, too! And I'm REALLY picky about good quality kids' music.

Great book! The books comes with an audio CD and a also a short animation. The book can be read or sung to. The song is catchy and the children loved it. The animation is exactly as shown on the book. My child and preschool friends loved hearing the singing version while following the book as well as watching the animation. The last couple of pages of the book provides "real facts" on the universe. Great addition to our library! And we just found out our local library will also add this book to the collection.

My son's daycare introduced our family to these awesome books with cd. The songs are so cute and my son loves to sing along. Highly recommend!

My kids love this book! The CD helps you learn the tune, but you can also look up the music video on YouTube. All the Barefoot sing-along books are great.

This book has great illustrations, but the music goes WAY TOO FAST for even me to sing along, let alone any kids.

Love these books!!! CD’s are great for the car!! Buy them all!!
