I was very unhappy with this coloring book. Most of the sayings are corny, I did like a few. However the images on each page are wayyyyy too small to color. I would have to sharpen my expensive colored pencils every 3 seconds just to reach the detail spots. Also, every page is basically the same image with a slight difference and a different quote. I did not realize that the description wrote that there is 2 copies of each page. So halfway through the book it starts all over again. Some people may like that but I would have much preffered all different sayings. Overall, would definitely not recommend this is you really enjoy adult coloring. I find it relaxing and all this book did was stress me out!
First let me say, when I got the package I was SO excited. As I opened the book I was so excited to see that the pictures were on one side only AND there is a black backing to the opposite side which was great for using my Sharpie markers. They don't bleed through if your using light force but I will warn it still bleeds through if you like to layer your colors. The sayings in the book cracked me up and were spot on to what we women really want to say! Lol. The only downfall I would give this book is the patterns are too repetitive. Other than that I'm really pleased with the purchase!
This cracked me up! So much so that after I got one for me, I got 3 more for girlfriend gifts! All have been loved :)
I say several of these on a daily basis. I purchased this as a gift for my wife. She loves it and let's just say I'm glad there is a PDF copy so I can color for fun with her. This books has all the same great perks as other Jade Summer books. She definitely has this down to a Science. Thank you again for another fantastic book.
I wish I could have seen a preview of some of the phrases, they are extremely aggressive and barely funny. Each phrase and pattern has a couple repeats in the book so you can color it differently. the patterns are pretty and there are different styles but the phrases are just way too aggressive for me, and that is saying a lot given my sense of humor.
Says everything I can't
I bought these to include in a gift bag but some of the pages are not appropriate for the audience I intended. I will keep them and use them as gifts for other occasions, but will not use them for Christmas.
This is absolutely the best for women. It really does say just what we think MOST of the time.
