Great coffee table book loaded with photos and facts for Jersey-raised folks ladies. It's a must have. Each time I open it, I see something that amuses and pleases. Get one quickly, give it as a gift, and hear how happily the recipient responds. and get one for yourself. You won't be sorry!
I have given this book so far to three friends as gifts and they loved it. I myself think it's great also, my only complaint is the cover. I like to keep it out as a coffee table book and why a girl with a belly button ring and a bikini had to be on the cover doesn't make for a very good table book. Other than that the content is great.
If you are a Jersey Girl this book has it all!! Great pictures of the Shore, it brought back so many memories of great times gone by. I live in Massachusetts and baby, the Cape is a sad, sad place compared to the Shore. Jersey Girls have all over the Cape Girls!! So if you are a Jersey Girl enjoy the memories, can you smell the sausage and peppers...
I got Jersey Girls yesterday and read it from beginning to end. I loved it. Great layout and pictures and wonderful stories, articles, nostalgia, perceptions and interviews. I'm not sure which my favorite is, maybe Annette Rosario. Jersey Girls made me feel good about life.
My sister was born & raised in Jersey,she currently lives "down the shore" This is one of her favorite coffee table books
The book is great, however, it arrived with the back cover creased. Wanted to give it as a gift, but it could have arrived in better shape.
